His professional background includes having served as Special Counsel to the Chair of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, supervising the CNY Regional Office of the New York State Attorney General's Office, and serving as an Onondaga County Legislator.
His professional memberships showcase a lifelong commitment to the law, with active roles in the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association. Recognized for his superior service, he has received numerous accolades including the inaugural Mike Bristol Crystal Award from the Onondaga Court Appointed Special Advocates.
Attorney Hanuszczak received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the renowned Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and he is a proud alumnus of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.
